VanaFest 2010 has been announced, but what doesn’t the POL Topics post tell us?

It seems that those in attendance at this years VanaFest in Tokyo will receive this item. The Chocobo Cap will join the line of Moogle items that have been released for the last three festival events.
Secondly comes information from the website for the event hinting that FFXIV will be a topic of discussion. There will also be a concert which is more than likely another appearance by the Star Onions.
Another interesting note is tickets for the event in Tokyo at the end of next month. There will be 1,114 tickets available. Take a close look at that number. 11 and 14. FFXI and FFXIV? Tickets for the event are free of charge. The hard part is getting into the lottery for a ticket that Square Enix has for the event. Only those with Japanese Square Enix account (linked to a POL ID) that have been playing since December of 2008 will be eligible for access.

1114 could also mean the expansion comes about November 14or 1114 or you know it could be just how many tickets they have not everything is a planed thing I do personally think it is for the expansion though u
1114 could also be the release date of FFXIV. If it really is in 2010, it’d be near the end of it. Could also be the date for NA fanfest, isn’t it usually around then? Still, the FFXI & FFXIV idea makes most sense.

This is absolutely retarded and makes me genuinely angry. People would pay to go to this. They could have at least done raffles + tickets for purchase. I guess there is a sort of luster in something so exclusive, but ugh.
it should only be for jp players just think how mad us players would be if we went to bye tickits for a us event and fond out haf the tickits were getin by ppl from other cuntrys
