The basic premise of the video is a series of game changes that were long awaited and much needed, or drops and accomplishments that take lots of effort.

“Yatto deta” means literally “It finally came out!” and in FFXI is used to say “It finally dropped!” So the pun takes the name of the original song and applies the actual meaning of the words.

The first picture is how Sole Sushi was finally made available for parties, and you can see the melees eating with tears of joy.

Second is the addition of Ancient Magic II, with a BLM happily Burst IIing a rabbit.

Third is a Mithra receiving an Astral Ring from a treasure chest.

and so on and so on, they feature players struggling to gain notoriously rare items, accomplishing arduous tasks, and enjoying well received additions to the game.

I agree with Fusion. Its stupid to complain about the menus and Notorious Monsters. Seriously, yeah it does suck that we have to wait 24 hrs to a week to claim a NM but if it were easy, would the game really be worth playing? FFXI is good because it is challenging. Its not a game that just hands you the exp and fame, you have to earn it yourself. Personally I’m excited to see what SE will release at E3. Yes, it will be similar to FFXI but only in the aspect that it is a mmorpg.FFXI has had an amazing run, and still continues to be a very successful game. Its kind of easy to see that SE is running out of ideas for future storylines and plots for the game, and I think it might be fun to try something new.

I suspect that the “XI” is actually a typo, and should be “XIII”, but we’ll see… they may show up in FF11 in a future expansion pack. If they do, my vote is that one be BLU/RDM, one DNC/WHM or BLM, and the third be SCH/??? like Jiggaman suggested.

agreed with Arnor (i know wtf) but SE made this bullshit problem and of course there “fix it” is bullshit too, only nice way to do it is keep offering free transfers and hope ppl take it anything else at this point even splitting odin would be very harsh and stupid and please no comments about the “right” thing to do if your not from odin leaving comments sure thats np but telling ppl how they should feel? your not even here gtfo.

could also limit ppl to 2-3 mules (you dont need more than that really but some ppl on odin have like 10 mules <.<) COULD ALSO REMOVE ALL THE RMT SE HOW ABOUT THAT?

I’m with Arnor on this one. I’ve been on Odin for almost 7 years now and I am aghast that SE would even think about splitting people up forcefully. Seven years people. Thats over a thousand dollars in monthly fees. And now they’re just gonna kick either me or my friends off because they made the mistake of opening the server? Its stupid. Its rediculous. What I want to know is why there is a recent (and I mean like just in the past few months) giant influx of Japanese players onto our server. People should not be allowed on when we already have enough people.
